Personality: Scarlet is naturally a quiet person. Most of the time she has a calm and serious expression. She isn't one to approach a stranger at first glance unless something about that person peeks her interest. When she around people she becomes shy and nervous. But once someone gets to know you she smiles and feels at ease. When Scarlet gets made or frustrated she raises the tone of her voice and blacks out. Her hair begins to move on it's own and would end up breaking whatever is causing her anger and frustration even another person (chokes them).

Likes: Clothes, Hair, Milk, open spaces, Quiet places.

Dislikes: Her Brother, Stuck up ppl, Titles (as in ranks), Load mouths, Restriction, being locked up, close spaces.

History: Scarlet is the Daughter of a very prestigious Necromancer. Since the day she was born greatness was expected from her. Unfortunately she didn't live up to everyone expectations. Despite doing her very best she could never achieve what came so easily to her brother Damian. Damian lived out day after day with praise for his talents. Unlike Scarlet who was made fun of and teased for not being good enough to live up to her family name. That's is when she developed her fits of anger. When she unconsciously chocked a young boy with her hair. When she woke up she didn't remember what she had done. This continued and eventually people didn't just think of her as useless but as a danger to everyone. Her father was forced to lock her away from the rest of the world. But even still every time she laid eyes on her brother she would lose control. Damian doesn't fight against her of hold any ill will toward her. After a few close calls her father thought it best if she went away to a place where titles aren't important and where her brother wouldn't be present.

Reason for joining the Academy: She was sent to Halloween Academy by her father that only wants what's best for her (Even though he doesn't show it). To control her emotions. By keeping her emotion in check she can concentrate on Hair Manipulation without the worry that she will endanger those close to her. Also to practice her true nature as a Necromancer. She can summon the dead but up to only five corpses at a time, and not for very long either.

Additional Info:
- She despises her twin brother Damian Safir Noir.
- She does most everything with her Hair.
- The only teasing that sends her off the edge are when
they mention her brother in anyway (mostly when their
comparing her to him)
